• Registration and program information, such as the league location, season, division, and player details needed to administer participation.
• Payment information processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Communications, including messages you send us and records of messages we send you.
• Website usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Register players and administer league participation;
• Process payments and send confirmations, receipts, and account notices;
• Send you transactional and program-related communications, including by SMS/text message where you have opted in (see Section 4);
• Respond to your questions and provide customer service;
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and programs;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We share information only as needed to operate our programs:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, website hosting, communications delivery, and messaging platform providers. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.
• Corporate affiliates within our organization for the purpose of administering the programs you enroll in.
• Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of participants, the public, or Under the Lights.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Under the Lights and its authorized messaging providers may send you SMS/text messages related to league registration, scheduling, game-day operations, account notices, and customer service.

• Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your registration and program activity.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information in Section 9.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our programs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our programs serve youth participants, and registrations are completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect player information only from the enrolling parent or guardian and use it solely to administer participation. If you believe we have collected information from a child other than through a parent or guardian, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and from text messages by replying STOP.
